Key Responsibilities
- Research and map experiences across target cities and identify categories with high user demand.
- Analyze competitor platforms, pricing, customer interest, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate which experiences have strong potential and identify gaps in the marketplace.
- Reach out to experience providers and build relationships for onboarding onto the platform
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the brand onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Operations and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely listing of experiences.
- Coordinate with the product and development team to resolve listing issues, feature requests, and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update experience data, pricing, schedules, and availability.
- Generate business reports, onboarding status reports, and performance insights.
