Role Overview:
As the Client Servicing Head at AdEngage, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery that exceeds client expectations. Your role is critical in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, contributing to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the client servicing team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.
- Exhibits strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is adept at problem-solving and has a client-focused approach.
