Role Overview:
As an HR Manager at AdEngage, you’ll lead our efforts in building and nurturing a dynamic and inclusive workplace. You will be instrumental in developing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performance team.
Who You Are:
- A people person with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- I bring at least two years of experience in HR management and a proven track record in HR practices and employee management.
- An excellent communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
